HSB Terms and Conditions of Participation
- By choosing to participate in our activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Organization Nature: You understand that HSB operates not as a formal badminton club but as an informal group of individuals united by a common interest in playing badminton. Our structure is informal, and we do not function as a legally recognized club or organization
- Financial Arrangements: You acknowledge that participation in our activities is voluntary and not subject to financial compensation. No members, including organizers or participants, receive payment for their involvement
- Obligations: You agree that there are no mandatory obligations associated with your participation, aside from the adherence to these terms and conditions and any specific rules or guidelines established for the safety and enjoyment of all participants
- Insurance and Liability: It is your responsibility to arrange for your own insurance coverage, including but not limited to personal accident insurance (PA) and medical insurance, as necessary. You acknowledge that HSB does not provide any form of insurance coverage for participants, and does not assume liability for accidents, injuries, loss of personal property, or any other misfortunes that may occur as a result of participating in activities
- Risk Acknowledgment: You recognize that participation involves physical activity that may carry inherent risks of injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities. You also agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the organizers or the venue
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HSB, its organizers, and participants from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses that may arise from your participation in activities.
- By participating in HSB's activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that your participation is at your own risk and that you have considered the implications of these terms on your personal circumstances
