had a walk in Mudchute Park and Farm (called city farm before).  not as impressive and the pigs are not very fat ;)
next time, try:

   walked to The Gun, Docklands, grate 4.5 > 2500 reviews, half pint - tables with no bokking, very friendly, wood fire
