Classmate's prose in English: I am captivated by the Indian azalea, its vibrant blooms radiating with an otherworldly glow, pulsating with life. When the hills and valleys erupt in a riot of azalea blossoms, their fiery clusters cascading down the slopes, the spectacle is so breathtaking, as if half the sky has been painted crimson. Yet, amid this grandeur, the azalea remains humble and resilient, thriving in the harshest wilderness or the heart of bustling cities, wherever it finds a patch of soil to call its own. With each return of spring, my heart yearns for the sight of the Indian azalea, even if it's just a fleeting glimpse. In Shenzhen, I sought it out; in Japan, I embarked on a quest; in Belgium, I held onto hope; and now, even in Toronto, I continue my search. Yet, the azalea remains elusive, its presence nowhere to be found. Surely, it must exist here, hidden somewhere amidst the urban landscape. Peonies, magnolias, tulips, and roses, with their captivating beauty, may allure many. But my heart belongs to the Indian azalea, for it is the flower of my homeland, the flower that blooms within my soul. 我爱映山红，她是那么的鲜艳夺目，光彩照人，充满活力。每当漫山遍野的映山红盛开时，一团团一簌簌，开的那么热烈，那么绚丽，站在远处看，仿佛红遍了半边天，让人感到震撼。她又是那么的朴实无华，生命力强，无论是在荒郊野外，还是繁华的城市，只要给她一寸土地，就能生根发芽开花。
每当春暖花开之时，我总是在寻找映山红，只想看她一眼，在深圳，我找映山红，在日本，我找映山红，在比利时，我找映山红，来到多伦多，我还是在找映山红，可在这里看不到映山红，应该有，只是不知道在哪里。
