new street station - more impressive than i thought as i never traveled by train to Birmingham
actually best in the world as far as i know (the French Lyon station - the shopping mall is about 5 minutes walk).  shopping mall including Foyles books and many good restaurants in the first floor

Lulu Wild - not really chinese as there is almost no chinese there :) Unit 7 & 8, The Waters Edge, Brindley Pl, Birmingham B1 2HP

black cod 35 pounds + service charge but small potion 
two starters only 10 pounds - truly tasty chinese dishes :)
